New Equipment Menu!

Added new equipment menu.
- This menu lets you customize your loadout before entering the game. It can be accessed via the main menu.
Currently, there is only one playable character, one primary weapon, one secondary weapon, 4 special weapons, and 4 modules to choose from. More characters and weapons will be introduced in future updates in the form of achievements and forging.
