Fixed game-breaking bug on the loading screen

Fixed a game-breaking bug that prevented the game data from loading on the main menu.
Lowered the default volumes a little bit.
The default window mode is now set to fullscreen-windowed so it's easier to get in and out of the game if an unknown bug occurs.
